made this and the sauce was crazy good.

• Preheat your oven to 400°F
• Slice your scallions, separating the whites from the greens
• Over medium low heat, cook your garlic in olive oil for 8 minutes
• Add your scallion whites to the oil, and cook for 8 more minutes
• Blend all your ingredients, except for your scallion greens
• Mix the scallion greens into your batter
• Pour the batter into a cupcake pan
• Bake for 30 mins or until golden brown
• Serve with butter
