made this and the sauce was crazy good.

Cut your potatoes in half and microwave until tender.
Mash the potatoes, then mix in your flour and eggs until you have a smooth dough. Roll the dough into small balls.
In a bowl, add your chili flakes, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame seeds.
Heat your oil until it’s hot and pour it over the chili oil ingredients to release the flavor.
Boil your potato balls until they float, then drain them well.
Toss the potato balls in your chili oil.
Garnish with sliced green onion and cilantro before serving.
