made this and the sauce was crazy good.

Pat pork belly very dry; poke lots of holes into the skin.
(Optional) Score the meat side in a crosshatch about 1 inch apart.
Mix seasoning ingredients; rub into meat side.
Wrap pork in foil leaving skin exposed.
Brush skin with vinegar; cover skin completely with salt.
Air fry at 250°F for 30–40 minutes.
Brush off salt; brush skin with oil.
Air fry at 400°F until skin is golden and blistered (about 20–30 minutes).
Rest 10 minutes, then slice.
