made this and the sauce was crazy good.

Slice your beef slices into 2-3 pieces.
Slice your onion thinly.
Add your water, soy sauce, sugar, and msg to a pan and bring to a simmer.
Add you beef and onion, then add a lid and simmer for 6 minutes.
Serve with white rice, and egg yolk, sliced scallions, and furikake.
