Coconut Milk Fish
Ingredients

8 oz of fish
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp of minced ginger
1 green onion
1 small shallot
1 tbsp oil
1/2 a can of coconut milk
fish sauce, lime juice, and honey (or sugar) to taste
Garnishes
Green onion
Cilantro
Sesame seeds
Chili oil
Directions
Slice your limes and mince your garlic, ginger, green onion, and shallot.
Sauté your aromatics in oil until fragrant.
Shake and add 1/2 a can of coconut milk, then season with fish sauce, lime juice, and honey (or sugar).
Add your fish, and poach for a couple of minutes until cooked through.
Garnish with green onion, cilantro, sesame seeds, and chili oil, and serve with rice.
